Event graphics generator system

Frame-template configurator + rendering engine

A configurator (not just a generator): a designer builds a frame template in the 'studio' and exports it as a portable file. A set of three tools on one rendering engine — this is where the ready frames are made, which a participant later uses on their own, adding only their own photo. Consistent graphics without involving a designer for every post.

The challenge

Event graphics for social media had to be visually consistent, yet non-technical people created them — by hand and from scratch every time. The result: drifting branding, the designer as a bottleneck and no repeatability between events.

What I did

  • I designed the frame 'studio' (Template Generator) — full control over style, colours, text (straight or along an arc), background, logo and frame details.
  • I defined a portable, versioned template format (.js / .json) that captures the visual identity in a single file.
  • I built a participant generator (Photo Generator) with the frame locked — the user only adds a photo, crop, shape and caption, then downloads a ready PNG.
  • I separated the roles: the designer sets the rules once, participants use them on their own and at scale.

Outcome

Consistent, on-brand graphics created by anyone in minutes — without involving a designer for every publication. One engine, repeatable across the next events.
