A custom event platform

A platform that replaced an external system: event administration, tickets, roles, partners, QR, certificates, CRM, attendee lists and mailings — full control over the product.

The challenge

Event operations relied on an external system — with a licence, limitations and no full control over the product or attendee data.

What I did

  • I designed a custom platform: event administration, roles, partners.
  • I plugged in tickets, QR, certificates and attendee lists.
  • I connected attendee data with the CRM and mailings.
  • I replaced the external tool with a coherent in-house stack.

Outcome

A custom Events Panel (together with the mobile app) fully replaced the external system — full control over the product and the end of licence dependency.
